Case, Message & Document Syncing

Cases will sync nightly via the nightly sync but can also be synced via the single case sync.

Message Syncing

Messages will be synced back to the ‘Memos’ section within Smokeball. They will be threaded and will include the sender name as well as a link back to the case in Case Status.

Document Syncing

Documents will be synced back to the ‘Documents’ section within Smokeball and placed in a ‘CaseStatus’ folder which will be created when the first document is synced.
