Summary of Feature:
Sending bulk messages can be used when you would like to send the same message to multiple people at one time. This allows you to save valuable time for your team, because you no longer have to send mass update information on a case-by-case basis.
Step By Step Guide:
1. Once you have identified the cases you want to send a message to by using filters, click the checkbox in the column header row. You can also manually click all of the cases you want receive the message. Once you have chosen more than one case, the bulk actions button will appear.
2. Click "Bulk Actions".
3. Click "Send a Message".
4. Type your message in message box or use a templated message by clicking on the paper icon and selecting the template that you want to use.
5. If you would like your message to go out at a later time, click the clock icon to schedule send the message.
6. You can click "Attach a File" to attached a document if needed.
7. If you would like to preview what the message will look like to clients, click "Show Message Preview".
8. When you are ready to send the message, click "Send".

Case Status's default setting allows up to 2,000 bulk messages to go out at one time. Please contact support@casestatus.com or your dedicated Customer Success Manager for more information.
