The Client Activity Feed is the newest Case Status feature that will display all app activities your clients perform and break them down into their respective categories. This feed can then be used to better analyze and understand your clients needs.
Feature Highlights:
- This will be the default tab shown unless the user has an unread message on the case; then the Message tab will be displayed by default.
- This tab includes a message input section so that users can still quickly navigate to send messages
- All CLIENT actions will be tracked f they are performed within the iOS, Android or Web Application of Case Status.
