Cases come over from your case management software once a day, over night, into Case Status. Manually synching in Case Status allows that process to happen at the click of a button.
Case Status gives you the option to import a single or all cases.
Depending on your integration, a unique ID is set up to link your cases in your case management software to Case Status and this unique ID or integration ID is required for an individual case sync.
